Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms of service carefully. These govern the purchase of custom printed materials, bulk manufacturing, and corporate branding contracts from Shri Hari Traders.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our services, requesting quotes, or submitting advance payments to Shri Hari Traders, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between Shri Hari Traders and your corporate entity.
2. Orders & Proof Approval
All custom print runs require explicit client consent prior to manufacturing. We provide a digital print proof (mock-up) outlining dimensions, colors, and graphics.
It is the client's sole responsibility to thoroughly verify layout dimensions, spelling, design placement, and color match criteria in the proof. Production commences immediately upon design sign-off. Shri Hari Traders will not be held liable for design mistakes or omissions once the digital proof is approved in writing by the client.
3. Artwork & Intellectual Property Rights
The client represents and warrants that they own or hold all necessary permissions and usage licenses for all graphics, registered logos, trade names, and texts submitted to Shri Hari Traders for printing.
We reserve the right to refuse printing any assets that violate copyright law, contain explicit content, or promote hate speech. By submitting artwork, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shri Hari Traders from any trademark infringement lawsuits, claims, or damages resulting from unauthorized print replication.
4. Payments & Billing
Initiating a custom print run requires a minimum 50% advance payment of the total quoted invoice amount. The remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared upon production completion and prior to packing and logistics dispatch from our facility.
All taxes, customs, or freight shipping surcharges will be clearly outlined in our custom-tailored quote. Delays in balance clearance will directly impact and postpone shipment dispatch schedules.
5. Limitation of Liability
Shri Hari Traders makes every effort to produce high-quality branding items. However, minor variations in sizing (within a +/- 5% tolerance), printing color coordinates (due to CMYK offset print ink and fabric limitations), and material texture are standard in manufacturing and will not constitute structural defects.
Our maximum liability under any circumstances, whether in contract, tort, or warranty claims, is strictly limited to the monetary value paid by the client for the specific defective print item lot. We shall not be held liable for any indirect business loss, loss of profits, or logistics delays caused by third-party carrier services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and all contract agreements with Shri Hari Traders shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
